Why Ultra-Ops Exists
Ultra-Ops was founded inside a real contracting company.
In order to support his personal HVAC business, founder Parker Fairfield created the first Ultra-Ops system. A system designed to handle missed calls, scheduling, dispatching, CRM updates, customer follow-ups, estimates, contracts, and daily back-office communication.
The objective was straightforward: keep the field team concentrated on the task at hand while a dependable operations team took care of the office side.
This system is now available to all contractors facing similar issues, such as leads going cold before someone followed up, administrative work piling up, scheduling difficulties, and missed money from ignored calls.
